〔中央社〕西藏流亡精神領袖達賴喇嘛今天發表「六四」天安門事件感言，指出當年學生抗爭並非反對共產主義或社會主義，而是捍衛憲法賦予人民的權益，北京當局應該平反「六四」事件。

目前正在歐洲訪問的達賴喇嘛，是在西藏流亡政府轉達的感言聲明中，作了上述表示。他同時呼籲北京當局應利用今年是中華人民共和國建國60週年的大好時機，檢討1989年6月4日發生的北京天安門廣場學生民主運動事件。

1989年同時獲得諾貝爾和平獎的達賴喇嘛，在聲明中對學生因表達人民要求而死，表示尊敬之意。他說，當年學生大聲疾呼是為捍衛憲法賦予人民的權益，是為主張民主政治和反對貪瀆腐化，並非反對共產主義或社會主義。

他指出，當時的中國總理趙紫陽也都承認了學生訴求的真義。達賴喇嘛表示，開放和務實的政策，可以在中國內部產生更多的信任與和諧，也可以增強中國在國際是一個真正大國的地位。

他呼籲，今天中國已是世界經濟大國，也將成為世界超強，但希望北京領導人能夠「有勇氣和遠見」，去擁抱更多真實的平等原則，去追求一個更大寬懷的政策，容忍多元不同的意見。

For the first time, i agreeed with the lama

What about us? why do we平反六四?
simply because we dont like the government?

Many people i saw are passionate on六四, but are you really protesting for the students' belief? Or simply protesting to oppose the government with NO reason?

Those students protest because they LIKE the government, yet the only fault is that they spoiled the chance because they're TOO passionate, pushed the government to the edge.
Of course, the government's act and after-act are also immature.

What can I say, i only want you to realise what are you protesting. Corruption? Ignorance of the government on the incident? Or adding unreasonable requests?

Think, b4 you lit the candle

「毋忘六四」不是口號，不是宣傳gimmick，下一句不是「要求民主」(what is 民主anyway？ 這是另一個議題)

我沒經過六四，不能說太多。但是，仍然覺得我們不可以此為口號，理由，去跟政府對立

正因為我們太對立，六四不得平反
